The Covenant Players 2007

Am 9. Februar waren die englischsprachigen Covenant Players wie jedes Jahr bei uns zu Besuch. Die Klassen 10F1 und 10 F2 haben von ihrer Englischlehrerin folgende Task- und Methodenblätter bekommen. Unter dem Link "Review" könnt ihr euch auf die entstandenen Schülertexte klicken.

Tasks  

1.      Read through the list of adjectives on the opposite page and look up all the words you don’t know in your dictionary.

2.      Put a tick (√ ) next to every adjective that in your opinion describes the drama activities you did with the Covenant Players today.

3.      Write down at least five sentences starting with

4.  a. Think up two good reasons why the Covenant Players might go around schools doing their drama activities.

b.   Imagine you were invited to join the Covenant Players for 6 months after the summer holidays. Would you join them?  Why / why not?

 * Name the group you saw and how many people there were. Say when and where their
   drama activities took place and how long they took.

 * Give background information on the members of the group and on what kind of
   theatre group the Covenant Players are. Also mention what activities they did with you.

 * Give your own personal opinion of the activities and give reasons for your opinion.

 * Say whether you would recommend the group or not.
